Marinate the Seafood
In a bowl, mix Green Masala (Hariyali) with thick yogurt, a spoon of ginger-garlic paste, and a dash of lemon juice. Add cleaned prawns or whitefish fillets, coat evenly, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cook the Masala
Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan. Add the marinated seafood and cook on medium heat until the masala releases its aroma and turns glossy.

Continue stirring until the prawns or fillets are tender and evenly coated with the masala. For extra richness, drizzle a little fresh cream or coconut milk before turning off the flame.
