Recipe
-
Marinate the Seafood
In a bowl, mix Malabar Grill Masala with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and a spoon of coconut oil. Add cleaned prawns or whitefish fillets, coat evenly, and rest for 20 minutes to absorb the rich flavors.
-
Grill or Pan-Fry
Brush a little oil or ghee on a hot grill pan or tawa. Place the marinated seafood and cook on medium flame until both sides turn golden brown with light char marks.
-
Roast for Extra Flavor
Once cooked, drizzle a few drops of coconut oil and toss gently to enhance aroma and glaze. Ensure the seafood stays juicy and tender inside.
-
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with sliced onions, lemon wedges, and fresh curry leaves. Serve hot with Malabar parotta, appam, or steamed rice.
